In Chapter 21 of Ninth Malaysia Plan (RMK-9) state that the implementation of housing programmes development and preparation deep urban services RMK-8 aims to improve the quality of social life. This plan is continuing to ensure that the society will have the opportunity to access the good quality houses. Thus, the private sectors are encouraged to construct more low cost and medium cost houses.
In accordance to the statement, a lot of developments were planned by the government to ensure this improvement would be realized. This shows that the construction industry in Malaysia is growing gradually toward developed country.
In order to support the development, Malaysian building needs high quality of raw material to ensure the building satisfying the requirements. Aggregate, cement and sand are among the main raw materials used in construction works. According to the market demand, usages of these materials are increasing day by day. Therefore ACS Supplier Sdn. Bhd. wants to grab this opportunity to become one of the most successful suppliers for this materials business especially for supply the cement.
We have planned to supply the cement to construction companies and also to the public user around Pahang. Here, we are going to focus on developing our first shop that located at Semambu Industrial Area in Kuantan, Pahang. After a few years, we intended to expand our business to all over the country.
